Features:
Cage type single seated regulating valve is suitable for controlling fluid flow, pressure and high load working conditions. The valve body is compact in structure, and the fluid passage is S streamlined, allowing large flow capacity, wide adjustable range, and high accuracy of flow characteristics. The guiding area of the valve core guiding part is large and has the characteristics of strong anti-vibration performance. The sealing performance of the valve seat conforms to IEC or GB standards. The multi-spring type diaphragm actuator is used for the regulating valve, which has a compact structure and a large output force. ZP210 series control valves are widely used in applications requiring high reliability, low closing performance, low temperature, and high pressure process pipelines. Due to the wide range of materials and diversified design forms, these valves can be used in different industrial fields (such as chemical, Power, paper, food, metallurgy, mining, etc.).
1. The valve seat adopts a snap-in structure to avoid the screw-in defect. The valve core and the valve seat are automatically centered when the upper cover is pressed, and the assembly and disassembly are simple and convenient. It can be easily removed even in the case of severe corrosion. The valve seat facilitates repair and maintenance.
2. The valve core and valve stem adopt an integrated structure to avoid the defects of the pin type, and can ensure the stability of the valve stem even under the condition of high pressure difference;
3. Balanced and unbalanced valve plugs with high cut-off sealing performance over the entire flow and characteristics range;
4. Metal seal and soft seal have the same flow coefficient;
5. The balance valve plug is used in the regulating valve, which can withstand a relatively large allowable pressure difference;
6 The surface of the valve trim is specially treated; polishing, nitriding and surfacing of Stellite alloy prolong the service life of the regulating valve, and the work is more reliable;
