Product Description


The material for LNG valves is very important. If the material is unqualified, it will cause external leakage or internal leakage of the casing and sealing surface; the comprehensive mechanical properties, strength and rigidity of the parts cannot meet the requirements of use or even break, resulting in the leakage of the LNG medium and the explosion.
Therefore, in the process of developing, designing and developing LNG valves, the material is the first and key issue. The valve body and bonnet adopt: LCB (-46°C), LC3 (-101°C), CF8 (304) (-196°C). Welded cryogenic ball valves undergo special cryogenic treatment, the rough machined parts are placed in a cooling medium for several hours (2-8 hours) to relieve stress, ensure the low temperature performance of the material, and ensure the finishing dimensions to prevent the valve from being in cryogenic conditions Leaks caused by deformation due to temperature changes.
